Chef Drew Leger

Chef Drew Leger was raised in Idaho, graduated from Boise high school and attended BSU school of culinary arts. Drew did his apprenticeship at the Gamekeeper and Royal restaurants before moving to Seattle to take a position on Pier 70 at the Top of the Pier restaurant. After 20 years in the Seattle area, Drew moved his family back to Boise and has been with the Brickyard since 2011. His recent update to our menu is the most delicious yet and we hope you enjoy it!
