Tony Ross started working his way up in restaurants as a teenager. During his twenties he left to work in construction as a foreman and framer. After nearly a decade he returned to the culinary scene working in several high profile establishments here in the Treasure Valley.

In 2015 Tony brought his tremendous work ethic, chef skills, and a strong desire to make the best food in Boise here to The BrickYard.

His recent update to our menu is the most delicious yet and we hope you enjoy it!
